Changes for ISR Release 1.2 (October 7, 2005)
 
Vulpes:
o curl buffer bugfixes  

Fauxide:
o Fixed kill_proc_info() call, compiles on new kernels now
 
ISR client:
o fixed a bug in the rsync-enabled upload, which could cause an inconsistant parcel!
o also, add another check so that we won't create a broken parcel if something else fails during upload
o fixed a bug in detection of conflicting processes
o paths are more configurable in client code
